The house was built in 1965 by the well-known Düsseldorf architect Franz Krieweth as a domicile for his family. In terms of its construction and proportions, the building is of particularly high quality and aesthetics. After the recent conversion under the direction of the architect Hans Herbert Neitzel, the building was almost completely gutted and provided with a very spacious floor plan. The entrance area was modernized and adapted to the conditions of an apartment building.

The wide staircase was rebuilt and the front garden was completely redesigned. A very special highlight are the very large windows with triple insulating glazing. They are floor-to-ceiling and let a lot of light into the apartments. Due to the wide front garden, you are still at a reasonable distance from the sidewalk.
