InterRegio Immobilien-Partner eG
The InterRegio was founded in Düsseldorf in 1988 and aims to promote and create synergy effects for its members. The cooperative acts as a real estate exchange and promotes joint transactions by the real estate companies affiliated to it. As members of InterRegio, specialists from various areas of the real estate industry benefit from the exchange of information and have extensive opportunities for cooperation. The concept of the InterRegio and its members: Each member office offers the services it specializes in. If a member’s expertise in a specialist area of the real estate industry is no longer sufficient, direct cooperation with a competent partner office of the cooperative is possible. Due to the regional location, most of the InterRegio offices are currently in North Rhine-Westphalia, supplemented by two offices in Berlin.
Real Estate Association Germany IVD
The IVD Federal Association of Real Estate Consultants, Brokers, Administrators and Experts e. V. is a large German business association and registered association. The IVD also acts as a lobby and professional organization for service providers in the real estate industry. More than 6,000 companies are currently members of the IVD, primarily real estate agents and managers as well as experts, project developers, property developers and financing partners. The IVD is actively committed to promoting and securing all professional tasks of its members. The association also represents the political and economic interests of its members externally, also to promote the reputation of the industry and to create better framework conditions for all members of the association. With the independent IVD portal, members have had the exclusive opportunity to place advertisements on the portal since 2015. The IVD represents its interests nationwide and throughout Europe.
IVD24 real estate
IVD24 is the aforementioned real estate portal of the IVD Federal Association. The platform, which was launched in 2015, only allows members of the IVD to place advertisements and advertisements relating to their properties and services.
